UB.com, the leading poker site formerly known as Ultimate Bet Poker, is the latest online poker room holding a promotion in which they’ll be awarding players free entries into the 2010 World Series of Poker main event.

The $12,000 2010 WSOP Main Event prize package not only includes the $10,000 buy-in for the 2010 World Series of Poker Main Event but luxury hotel accommodations throughout the event and some spending cash as well.

One of the special treats about the UB.com 2010 WSOP promotion is that players are allowed to win multiple times. That means once you’ve won one $12,000 main event prize package, you are free to keep playing in the promotion and try to win another…and another…and another…and so on. Win as many times as you possibly can and for each extra prize package you win above and beyond your first you’ll receive UB.com tournament dollars in the equivalent amount. Apply those tournament dollars towards entry into other major UB.com online poker tournaments and satellites into other major live land-based poker tournament events.

What’s more, UB.com will be tracking a leader board of all players who win one or more 2010 WSOP Main Event prize packages, awarding a special cash bonus to the 5 players who wins the most prize packages throughout the promotion. These cash prizes range from $750 (for 5th) to $5,000 (for 1st).

For this year’s UB.com 2010 WSOP promotion, the site is running Sit and Go satellites and Super Satellites, some of them 25-50 seat-guarantees.

Aced Poker has once again introduced a new way to gamble at the online poker table. Always innovative and never imitated, Aced Poker is proud to introduce its new Flipament and Blitzkrieg Sit N Go Tournaments.

Flipaments are Heads up Sit n Go’s were each player goes all-in preflop on the first hand until a winner takes it down. Aced is running these at as little as $3.10 and up to $105.

Blitzkrieg’s are 6 handed Sit N Go’s were everyone goes all in until a winner takes all. No skill, all gamble.

As always, I want to know what you think! Let me know your thoughts on both additions at Aced Poker. These tournaments are truely a gamblers dream!

There’s a new addition to Team Ultimate Bet (currently headlined by Annie Duke and Phil Hellmuth), and it’s Matt Graham, a World Series of Poker (WSOP) winner. Graham’s WSOP bracelet (and the $278,000 prize that came along with it) was earned in a grueling heads-up match against Jean-Robert Bellande (among other accomplishments a former contestant on Survivor: China). Graham also won $320,000 in a $5,000 event at Doyle Brunson’s Five Diamond World Poker Classic.

The man who, when he plays online, goes by the name mattg1983 wasn’t the only name to be added to UltimateBet’s ranks. Also signed on board were:

Tiffany Michelle – took 17th and $334,000 in the 2008 WSOP Main Event (the “last woman standing”)

Tracy Scala – season one winner of the Best Damn Poker Show

James “P0KERPR033” Campbell – a true up-and-coming online poker pro

Adam “Roothlus” Levy – won 5th place and $255,000 in the WPT Fiesta al Lago

“Hollywood” Dave Stann – a blackjack whiz who made a good showing on the Best Damn Poker Show

Michael Binger – career winnings of $5 in WSOP events (though no bracelets yet)

These welcome additions to Team Ultimate Bet also serve sister site Absolute Poker, of course.
